– Cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event:** Full refund of the fee paid, less an administrative fee of 150 euro.

– Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the event:** 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.

– Cancellation less than 15 days before the event:** No refund.

– In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies), requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.

3. Changes and Transfers

– Participation may be transferred to another person with at least 7 days notice prior to the event.

– Any changes must be requested by e-mail to icmb2025@stiinta-cercetare.ro

4. Event Cancellation

– If the conference is canceled by the organizers, all payments will be refunded in full.

– The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participants (e.g. accommodation, transport).
