This delivery policy applies to all orders placed through the official scientific conference website. By purchasing a ticket or service, users agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Order processing

Once the order has been finalized and the payment has been confirmed, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the transaction and the electronic ticket to the conference. If you do not receive this e-mail within 72 hours, please check your Spam folder or contact us.

2. Delivery method

All tickets are delivered exclusively in electronic format by e-mail and can be accessed in the user’s account on our platform. No physical delivery by courier or other methods.

3. Delivery time

Delivery of electronic tickets is made instantly after confirmation of payment. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

4. Cancellation and modification policy

Tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. In the event of changes to the date or format of the event, participants will be notified in a timely manner and will have the option to attend the new session or request a refund, if applicable.
