By accessing and using the official ICMB 2025 – International Conference: Molecular Biology – Current Aspects and Prospects website and by registering for the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.1 Eligibility: The ICMB 2025 Conference is open to researchers, students, residents, high school and college students, scientific and medical professionals, and others interested in biology and related fields including medical research.
1.2. Registration process: Registration is done exclusively through the official website, by filling in the registration form and paying the participation fee.
1.3. Registration confirmation: Once the registration process is completed, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail. The organizers reserve the right to refuse incomplete registrations or registrations that do not comply with the established criteria, including the missing payment.
2.1. Fees: Participation fees vary according to participant category and registration period (early bird, late bird, very-late bird). Fee details are available on the official conference website (https://icmb2025.stiinta-cercetare.ro/registration/#participation-fees).
2.2. Methods of payment: Payments are to be made by bank transfer, using secure methods, according to the instructions on the website.
2.3. Invoicing: Participants may request a tax invoice for the registration fee during the registration, further requests can be possible, but they can be issued even 60 days after the end of the end.
3.1. Cancellations: If a participant wishes to cancel his/her registration, he/she must send a written request to the organizers’ e-mail address.

3.3. Modification or cancellation of the conference: The organizers reserve the right to change the program, format or cancel the event for reasons beyond their control. In case of cancellation, fees will be fully refunded.
4.1. Materials presented: All materials provided during the conference (presentations, recordings, documents) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the written consent of the organizers and/or authors.
4.2 Use of images and recordings: The organizers may take photographs and video recordings during the event, which may be used to promote future editions of the conference. By attending the event, you agree to the use of these materials.
5.1. Professional behavior: Participants are expected to respect the ethical rules and professional behavior during the conference. The organizers reserve the right to exclude any person who violates the rules of conduct.
5.2. Online interaction: For virtual participants, the use of online platforms must respect the rules of confidentiality and smooth running of the event.
6.1. Data processing: By registering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of organizing the event, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
